Use of the service
By accessing or using ThreatIP, you agree to these terms and any policies referenced by the service. ThreatIP provides acquisition quality workflows for visitor identification, lead quality scoring, campaign quality intelligence, AI insights, and CRM routing support.
Accounts and access
If you use ThreatIP on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring authorized users follow these terms.
Free trials and paid services
We offer a free 14-day trial that does not require a credit card upfront. Free trials, paid plans, usage limits, and subscription terms may apply based on your selected plan. Billing intervals, renewals, and cancellation details are provided during purchase or onboarding. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
Merchant of Record
Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. When you purchase a subscription, your contract for payment processing and related billing terms is directly with Paddle.
Auto-renewal and Cancellation
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your paid subscription will automatically renew for another term of the same length. You can cancel at any time from your Billing Settings page, which will prevent future renewals but allow access through the current paid cycle.
CRM integrations and routing
ThreatIP may help route enriched or scored records to CRMs, webhooks, and workflow tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing routing rules, validating downstream records, and deciding how to use quality scores and recommendations.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their submitted data, CRM records, campaign data, lead data, and workflow configuration. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide data to ThreatIP.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, submit unlawful data, or use ThreatIP to support unlawful activity. Additional details are in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Intellectual property
ThreatIP, its product experience, branding, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by ThreatIP or its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership rights in ThreatIP intellectual property.
Disclaimers
ThreatIP is provided on an as-available basis. AI summaries, quality scores, enrichment, and routing recommendations are decision-support tools and should be reviewed with your own business judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreatIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ThreatIP after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms. We maintain policy-version acceptance records (including timestamps and associated email addresses) when users explicitly agree to these terms during signup or checkout.
